Betsy McNamara, LICSW
has specialized in work with children and adolescents for over 17 years. As a teacher, she worked with middle school aged children with learning disabilities and secondary emotional problems. Subsequently, as a clinical social worker, she has focus on issues of sexual abuse and trauma, loss, environmental deprivation and teen parenting. Ms. McNamara has consulted for school personnel, supervised clinical staff, and led professional trainings. She earned her Masters Degree in Social Work from Boston University School of Social Work.
